Well, the feds just lowered the interest rate again at an unprecedented ¾ of a percent. Not since September 11, 2001 have they stepped in this fast to ward off a market meltdown. My question to you is this- do your stock market reports look bad? What about your 401K? Are you losing money in your investments? HMMMM. When was the last time you saw lake property lose value long term? If you are looking to invest you money safely, then now is the time to invest in Real Estate. Don’t put off that dream of owning your Lake Home too long. There are outstanding home and land values that are less than a 2 hour drive from Atlanta. While there are no guarantees about the future, one thing I do know for sure is that it is way more fun to fish with your son or grandson than it is to do the backstroke in the stock market.
